For too long, architecture has stood as an expression of permanence, recording a specific moment in history. This project begins with the idea that the adaptation of architecture is imminent — and that changes how we design.
Site analysis of contours, water flow and slope steepness identified buildable areas while respecting natural ecology. The proposal explores customisable living spaces rather than rigid predefined flats, alongside ecological sensitivity, real-estate value and societal interactivity.
